Following extensive liaison with all stakeholders,  we developed a comprehensive wayfinding strategy and design proposals, culminating in a complete tender package inclusive of guidelines for maintenance and future works.

Signage in all public areas was updated to facilitate orientation, provide confirmation of the passenger journey's stage and curate the user experience. Where appropriate, iconic gestures integrate branding with wayfinding.
