Junyi is Project Leader and Head of Spaceagency’s Guangzhou & Hong Kong office. She holds an MArch in Urban Design from the Bartlett School of Architecture, specialising in spatial and retail experience design at the crossroads of customer behaviour, architectural space and destination branding.

Over 8 years at Spaceagency, Junyi leads multidisciplinary teams through full-cycle design delivery, covering concept strategy, technical documentation, tendering and project handover, with a focus on hospitality, mixed-use and masterplan projects for international venues. Her role prioritises stakeholder and client relationship leadership: she fosters long-standing strategic partnerships, and balances creative ambition with client commercial and operational goals, to optimise user experience and long-term asset performance.

She manages projects across the APEC region for clients such as CR Land, Swire Group, HSBC and local authorities, and is currently delivering landmark developments including MixC North Station and West Kowloon Cultural District.
