Alejandra is the Practice Manager and HR Manager at Space Agency Design, where she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the studios. She provides essential support to the directors and design team while leading the day-to-day HR function across both the London and Milan studios, overseeing recruitment, employee relations, people operations, and the overall employee experience.

In addition to operational and HR leadership, Alejandra plays an active role in nurturing a positive and inclusive company culture. She leads initiatives that foster team cohesion, wellbeing, professional development, and a vibrant studio environment, helping to create a workplace where people can thrive.

With over nine years of experience in roles including Social Media Manager, Personal Assistant, Office Manager, and Front of House Coordinator, Alejandra brings a well-rounded, organised, and people-focused approach to her work.

She holds a Degree in Lighting Technician, Capture and Image Processing from CEV, Higher School of Audiovisual Training in 3D Animation and New Technologies, Madrid.
