Spaceagency is a wayfinding, placemaking and experience design agency working with high profile international clients. Our practice connects expertise in urban design and architecture with the human focus of communication design and product design; enhancing how people experience and interact with spaces.
We are seeking a motivated and Revit Specialist to work on large-scale projects with our growing Signage BIM team. You will have at least two years of post-graduation experience and experience on large-scale projects. If you like building, managing complex Revit models, and improving BIM workflows, this role is for you.
What you’ll be Doing
Create and manage parametric Revit families for signage, including shared parameters and visibility controls.
Produce drawings, sheets, schedules, and maintain clean documentation.
Work with and manage complex Revit models and multiple linked files.
Collaborate through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for model management and coordination.
Read and apply requirements from the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) ( naming conventions, LOD, model setup, etc).
Use Dynamo (basic level) to automate repetitive tasks such as tagging, numbering, and parameter edits.
Support and help refine internal BIM standards, templates, and QA/QC workflows.
Rhino to Revit workflow, if possible.
What you will bring
Strong understanding of the logic of Revit — families, parameters, visibility, linking, worksets, view templates.
Proven experience building advanced parametric families.
Solid knowledge of shared parameters and consistent parameter management.
Comfortable working in large multidisciplinary models.
Familiarity with ACC workflows.
Understanding of BEP requirements and ability to follow project standards.
Basic Dynamo knowledge for automation.
Rhino familiarity is a bonus.
Advanced written and verbal English language proficiency
Nice to Have
Experience with signage modelling, architectural coordination
Understanding of QA/QC and model-checking workflows.
A facility for improving and automating BIM processes.

Location - Hybrid role
You are ideally looking for you to work from our Milan Studio on a hybrid working basis. You will be working with colleagues on projects that span both the Milan and London offices.
We are also interested in hearing from those with a right to work in the UK and able to work from the London office.
