Zeena is part of the Bid and Studio Support team at Spaceagency, where she supports the coordination and delivery of bids, proposals and submissions across the practice’s international portfolio. Working closely with directors, bid leads and project teams, she helps coordinate submission requirements, project information, consultant inputs and supporting documentation, while also contributing to the preparation of scopes and tailored proposal content.

Alongside her work-winning responsibilities, Zeena supports the London studio's day-to-day operations, assisting with travel coordination, visitors and wider studio requirements. Her organised and adaptable approach enables her to work across both fast-paced bid deadlines and the practical needs of the studio.

With a background in architecture, project coordination and visual communication, Zeena brings a strong understanding of the built environment together with a design-led approach to proposals and presentation. Prior to joining Spaceagency, she worked on major international infrastructure and urban projects, coordinating visual systems and project outputs across multidisciplinary teams.

Zeena holds a First Class BSc (Hons) in Architecture, ARB/RIBA Part I, from the University of East London, where she received Portfolio of the Year awards during both her Foundation and final year.
